I don’t think OLGA’s had any legal action taken against it for several years now, so they’re not in any *immediate* danger. The fact that the reborn archive has stricter submission criteria gives the copyright lawyers fewer hooks upon which to hang their threats.
Still, the legal wrangling seems inevitable, and it’d help for them to have a war chest ready. I had some money sitting in PayPal, so I tossed it their way.
