I said yesterday that my personal life was limiting the time I could spend online – and that’s a good thing. I just got home from the first Sleeping Angels Fund Beef and Beer and it was powerful. Big turnout. Over 130 people came to have a good time and share. You couldn’t help but be inspired. I’m proud of my brother and sister-in law. Thank you to those that came out to support us. On a personal note it was especially great to be with old friends who I havn’t seen in many, many years.
Congratulations on the successful fundraiser–were you cooking the beef or tapping the keg?
BTW, did you see the NYTimes article on Bon Jovi today? It’s online.
Karl,
It was a great time! Seeing all you guys again brought back some great memories. I promised Dante and Katie that I would not be a stranger and I will make good on it…

Sorry I couldn’t make it — Dante actually invited us to play, but we had a prior commitment in NJ. Glad to hear it was such a success.
Thanks guys 🙂
Bill, the VFW provided the food and drink. They were great hosts. That was a great Bon Jovi article too.
Thanks for coming Tom. It was great seeing you there. Naw.. it was awesome.
Mark – arrangements are already being made for next year… so who knows 🙂 You might even see me plug my guitar back in by then too.
Congrats on the fund raiser. I know someone who went through that.
