Still holding strong on smoking, which is good timing since my doctor has told me I may have asthma. I’m going to get a second opinion. I don’t have any difficulty breathing. How about you with it?
I’m still with it too. And now I’m back to programming, and that’s something I thought I would never be able to do without smoking.
My secret — I keep a jar of Planter’s unsalted peanuts in the kitchen. When I would normally reach for a cigarette, I go for a tiny walk, grab a handful and come back, and have a few minutes to munch on them one by one. It seems to work.
Congrats on programming again. That was difficult for me at one time too.
I have a similar routine. I make instant hot chocolate. Sip and walk.
