Hey Karl! I read about a problem you had with google a few years back and I was wondering the steps you took to re-instate your domain? I have had one hell of a time due to the previous owners doing some tricky things (i am guessing) Do you have any tips for us? We have a strong business, but it would obviously do much better if Google would give us some guidence. Thanks for your time.. i hope I am not bothering you. (this has been a nightmare!)
