  1. Sadly, that’s how the court system works in many cases. The saying is “Guilty, until proven Innocent,” But this example is too much. Why isn’t this Judge in prison? The parents of all these kids affected need to file a Civil Rights Lawsuit together.

    Once you’re in the system its quite difficult to get out. If this kid wasn’t advised of his rights, and if this article is true, and not given a legal defender, some heads need to roll, and roll quickly.

    Anybody that suffered at this Judge’s abuse, can NEVER be given back that time of their life, there is no take backs, no undo, there will be memories.
